We want you to love your Opalhouse pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
